Cancellation Policy

Jazmin Storm Yoga - Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Jazmin Storm Yoga. Please review the following booking policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. 1. Booking & Payments - All classes must be booked in advance via the website, email, or social media channels. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. - Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods provided at the time of booking. - Drop-in availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed without prior booking. 2. Cancellations & Refunds - Group Classes:Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or class credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. - Private Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations will result in the full fee being charged. - Special Events & Workshops: Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to someone else. - In case of instructor cancellation, a full refund or class credit will be provided. 3. Class Etiquette - Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the class starts to settle in. - Kindly turn off mobile phones or set them to silent mode during the class. - Respect the space and fellow students by maintaining a quiet and mindful environment. 4. Health & Safety - By booking a class, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in yoga sessions & that you will inform the instructor of any injuries or health concerns before class begins. - If you experience any discomfort during the session, please inform the instructor immediately and practice at your own pace. - Participation is at your own risk, and Jazmin Storm Yoga is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the class. 5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances - In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, classes may be rescheduled, and students will be notified as soon as possible s possible. For outdoor classes, an alternative indoor location or online option may be provided when possible. 6. Online Classes A stable internet connection is required for online sessions. Please ensure your practice space is safe. A link to the session will be provided upon booking confirmation. 7. Privacy Policy Your personal information will be kept confidential & only used for class communication
