  • Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra – Slow, supported postures and deep relaxation to help you reset and restore.


  • Slow Flow – A mindful, gentle practice that allows you to move with awareness and softness.


  • Strength Fusion – A mix of yoga and strength work to build a strong, resilient body.


  • Yoga for Surfers – Designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and breath control, supporting your movement in (and out of) the water.


  • Grounding Yoga – A practice focused on stability, connection, and cultivating a strong foundation, helping you feel rooted and balanced.


  • Yoga-Lates (Yoga x Pilates Fusion) – A powerful combination of yoga and Pilates to enhance core strength, posture, and overall body awareness.
