I believe that well-being extends beyond the yoga mat. That’s why I collaborate with retreat centers to bring immersive experiences that combine yoga, travel, and self-care. Whether it’s a mountain escape or a beachside retreat, these experiences offer a chance to reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.


As a passionate advocate for Blue Health, I also incorporate the healing power of water into my teachings. Being in, on, or near water has profound benefits for our mental and physical well-being, and I encourage my students to embrace the connection between movement, breath, and the natural world.
