About Jazmin Storm
I’m Jazmin Storm, a certified yoga teacher, wellness advocate, and creative entrepreneur with a deep passion for helping others find balance—both on and off the mat. My journey has been shaped by a love for movement, mindfulness, the ocean, and storytelling, all of which inspire the work I do today.
Like many, I spent years navigating the pressures of a demanding career, experiencing burnout firsthand. It was through yoga, breathwork, and holistic wellness that I found a way to restore my health and wellbeing. This personal transformation sparked my mission: to help others reconnect with themselves, cultivate resilience, and create space for both movement and rest in their daily lives.
My teaching style blends strength and softness with fluidity and stillness along with a mindful, trauma-informed approach, ensuring that yoga is accessible and enriching for everyone. Living in Cornwall, I’m also a strong advocate for Blue Health—the concept that being near, in, or on water enhances wellbeing. The ocean has always been a source of peace and inspiration for me, influencing the way I guide my students to move with awareness, embrace stillness, and flow with life’s natural rhythms.
As well as regular yoga classes such as restorative, vinyasa yoga and slow flow I also collaborate with other wellness facilitators in bringing you relaxing and unique wellness experiences and events.
Currently based at Heart & Soul Yoga Studio in Cornwall, where I offer yoga classes, sound healing & yoga events, full moon ceremonies, new moon manifestation circles and more with the lovely Tina.
Everything I do—whether through yoga, wellness events, or creative work—is rooted in the belief that we all deserve a life of balance, joy, and purpose.
